Check for hazards such as electrical, cords, check for sub -floors, fire alarms, air-flow, building load (commercial)

    - Health information and consent to proceed - questionnaire with present owner about past health issues present at location

Site Preparation

Set up containment area
- Seal front door and all entrances and exits (except ozone where it’s just front door) Signage

  - Do not enter - Microorganisms Present
- Pre-vac (if necessary per assessment)
  - Edges and main flooring
- Address hard surfaces
  - Mop with disinfectant
Seal smoke detectors, set up negative airflow or air scrubbing (as needed), setup sticky mat at entrance (commercial)
